Rick and Morty Season 4 Release Date on Netflix in India

Rick and Morty has been enticing fans with its fourth season and now the show is finally coming to India. Indians fans of Rick and Morty can now enjoy the fourth season of the show on Netflix. Netflix India will air the first five episodes of Rick Morty season 4 on December 22. The remainder of the season will return in 2020.

In addition, Netflix has the international rights to Rick and Morty in multiple countries besides India. These include Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, and Hong Kong among the many others. The previous seasons of Rick and Morty are available on Netflix in India as well as the other countries where Netflix owns the rights to Rick and Morty.

Rick and Morty was created by Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland. Besides being the co-creator Justin Roiland also provides the voice of Rick and Morty. He won the 2015 BTVA Voice Acting Award for Best Male Lead Vocal Performance in a Television Series as well as the 2017 IGN Award for Best Comedic TV Performance. The show itself won the Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Animated Program in 2018.

It follows the misadventures of an eccentric, alcoholic scientist Rick Sanchez and his good at heart, anxious grandson Morty Smith. The duo balances their time between home and interdimensional adventures. It often features cameos from other family members like Morty’s elder sister Spencer or their mother Beth and father Jerry.

The latest season of Rick and Morty has guest voice spots from the likes of Jeffrey Wright and Taika Waititi.
