Tanhaji Trailer 2: Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan battle it out in new war drama

After the first official trailer, the makers of the biographical period action film Tanhaji- The Unsung Warrior have dropped yet another trailer. The film features Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kajol, Jagapathi Babu, and Sharad Kelkar.

The first trailer has left the fans quite impressed with its larger than life portrayal of the epic period. The movie is based on the life of Tanjhaji Malusare.

In the movie, Ajay Devgn plays the role of a Maratha military leader Tanhaji Malusare, who fought alongside Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in various battles will leave you spellbound whereas, Kajol will portray the role of Savitri Malusare, who supports her husband through and through as he goes to battle against Udaybhan.

The action-packed trailer shows the epic face-off between Saif Ali Khan and Ajay Devgn. After Vishal Bhardwaj’s directorial venture, Omkara (2006), this will be the second time the two are sharing screen space with each other. On the other hand, Ajay and Kajol were last seen in the 2010 film, Toonpur Ka Super Hero and now once again their fans will get to see the couple together.

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has been produced by Ajay Devgn’s ADF and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. The film also stars Padmavati Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Devdatta Nage, Neha Sharma, and Ajinkya Deo. The movie has been directed by Om Raut. Tanhaji will clash with Deepika Padukone’s Chhapaak at the box office.

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is set to hit the theatres on January 10, 2020.
