Salman Khan to shoot for’Kick 2′ post ‘Inshallah’ by 2020
Salman Khan to kickstart Kick 2 post Inshallah; film to go on floors in April 2020
Superstar Salman Khan is gearing for the release of ‘Bharat’. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial also features Katrina Kaif in a pivotal role. It will be releasing on June 5 an Eid gift for Salmaniacs. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan is also busy with the shoot of Dabangg 3. He will next start work on SLB’s Inshallah. It is now being reported that he will start work on ‘Kick 2’ after wrapping up ‘Inshallah’.
As reported by a source to Bollywood Hungama, Salman Khan will be working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali once again after many years in ‘Inshallah’ with Alia Bhatt. He will start shoot after wrapping up ‘Dabangg 3’. He will also start work on ‘Kick 2’ after ‘Inshallah’ gets done.
The report further adds that producer Sajid Nadiadwala wanted the script to be grander than its prequel and he finally has worked that out. They are planning to release the film in December 2020, apparently. ‘Kick 2’ will most probably feature Jacqueline Fernandez again opposite Salman Khan. The film’s pre-production is expected to kick-start end of this year so that the film gets a December 2020 release.
Currently, Salman Khan is busy with the promotions for ‘Bharat’. The story of the film is based on a Hit Korean flick ‘Ode To My Father’. It also features Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Tabu, Jackie Shroff and Sunil Grover in pivotal roles.
Salman Khan also has a remake of ‘Veteran’. He will also team up with his Prem Ratan Dhan Payo director Sooraj Barjatya. The third installment of Tiger franchise with Katrina Kaif and also Bigg Boss season 13 in his kitty.
