Salman Khan Will launch his own television channel along with new brand, Being Children.

Salman Khan, who has launched dozens of new faces in Bollywood under his production house, is likely to launch his own television channel. Salman Khan has already ventured into television space announcing Kapil Sharma Show and expected to bankroll many more. If reports are anything to go by, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ actor will be launching his own television channel in future.

According to reports, Salman Khan is busy acquiring a lot of content for his upcoming television channel and has also appointed a broker to carry out the deals. Talking about his channel plans, the source said, “Salman is planning (to launch) a TV channel and hence he needs a lot of content. SKTV is the name of his production house that produces television shows including The Kapil Sharma Show. His film company is called Salman Khan Films. Now, he has also started the production of more television shows. And, it won’t be surprising if he moves The Kapil Sharma Show to his own channel once his licenses are in place.”

Apart from acting in films, having a production house and Being Human, Salman Khan is likely to expand his new brand Being Children, “There will be everything from pre-primary to day-care and other allied activities. There will be other things connected to children. It is in the planning stages at the moment but bhai is venturing into a lot of businesses now as he wants to invest his monies not just in the movies and the entertainment world,” the source added.

On the professional front, Salman Khan has recently wrapped up the shooting of Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’. The film is an official adaptation of a Korean film ‘An Ode To My Father’, it also features Katrina Kaif, Jackie Shroff, Nora Fatehi, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover in leading roles.
