Sara Ali Khan’s driver tests positive for COVID-19, actor and family found negative
Sara Ali Khan shared the news on Instagram and said that her driver has been tested positive for Coronavirus
On Monday, Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan took to her Instagram handle to inform her fans that her driver has tested positive for Coronavirus. However, the actress, her family, and other staff members have tested negative for the same.
Sharing the news on her Instagram, she wrote: “I would like to inform you that our driver has tested positive for COVID- 19. The BMC was promptly alerted about it and he has been moved to a quarantine centre.”
“My family, the other staff at home and I have all been tested negative and will take the necessary precautions. A sincere thank you to the BMC from me and my family for all their help and guidance. Stay safe everyone!” she concluded.

On the work front, the actress will be next seen sharing the screen space with Varun Dhawan in ‘Coolie No. 1’. The film is being helmed by David Dhawan, alongside, Paresh Rawal, Javed Jaffrey, Rajpal Yadav, and Johnny Lever. The film is a remake of 1995 Govinda and Karisma Kapoor starrer. Apart from this, she will also be starring in Aanand L Rai’s musical ‘Atrangi Re’ alongside Dhanush and Akshay Kumar.
Earlier, the film was scheduled to release on May 1, 2020. However, due to the COVID 19 lockdown and theatre shut down, it had to be postponed. Now, the latest report states, that the makers reportedly have picked January 1, 2021, ‘to bring in the New Year with laughter.’ The news is yet to be confirmed.
