When Shah Rukh Khan Revealed Why He Can Not Work With Akshay Kumar

Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar are two of the superstars from Bollywood, who are known for enjoying great fan following. These two stars never fail to entertain their fans with their extravaganza silver screen performances. While both of them share a warm bond of friendship, they have not done so many films together. Here’s when SRK had revealed the real reason, why he can’t work with Khiladi Kumar.

A while back ago, Shah Rukh Khan while speaking to DNA had said that, “I go to sleep when Akshay is waking up. His day starts early. By the time I start working, he is packing up and going home. So he can put in more hours of work. I’m a nocturnal person. Not many people are fond of shooting at night like me.”

Further he stated that if ever a filmmaker manages to bring them together on for a project, both of them would never meet each other on the sets. “It will be fun to act with Akshay. Dono set pe hi nahin milenge. Woh jaa raha hoga aur main aa raha hounga. (He’ll be leaving the set and I’ll be coming in). I would like to work like Akshay and with him, but our timings won’t match,” said  SRK.

Currently, Akshay Kumar is making buzz for his film ‘Laxmii’, which is a remake of Tamil hit film, ‘Kanchana’. The Hindi remake has been directed by Raghava Lawrence, who had directed the original film. This film also features Kiara Advani in the key role.

On the other side, SRK is yet to make the official announcement of his next film. Its been two years, since he has not treated his fans with the film update. Reportedly, he is currently prepping with ‘Pathan’, alongside John Abraham. As per the media reports, he will be seen sporting long hair in the film.
