The incident could be recorded as one of the worst deliveries in International cricket. Umpire immediately called it a no ball and Sheldon Cottrell was seen apologizing through gestures while he was walking back to his bowling mark.

The reaction of second slip says it all. He must have been aware of the fact that at any point of time the ball can fly towards him off the bat but this was something uncanny and the team must have surely had a laugh about this after the match.

Though it wasn’t a fitting outcome for the Caribbean side as they lost to Bangladesh by 18 runs in decider of the three match ODI series. West Indies lost the series despite an inform Chris Gayle who score 73 important runs for his side off just 66 balls. Rovman Powell also showed great fight as he made an unbeaten 74 off just 41 balls but it came very late as the Bangla Tigers already had one hand on the cup by then.

After beating the visiting side 2-0 in the Test series, West Indies produced a below par effort in the 50 over format and after losing the first T20 as well, they have a lot to think about.
