Sonakshi Sinha receives rusted iron piece instead of headphones ordered from Amazon

Online shopping has been one most convenient mode of purchasing things for many including celebrities but products delivered are always not original or just the exact thing one had pre-ordered.

Just two months after a man from Maharashtra was delivered a brick instead of the mobile phone he had ordered, Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha received a piece of iron instead of the ‘Bose earphones’ she had ordered from Amazon.

Sharing her experience on Twitter, the Dabangg actor posted a picture of a rusted iron piece which she received instead of the Bose earphones she had ordered.

Hey @amazonIN! Look what i got instead of the @bose headphones i ordered! Properly packed and unopened box, looked legit… but only on the outside. Oh and your customer service doesnt even want to help, thats what makes it even worse. pic.twitter.com/sA1TwRNwGl

Narrating her ordeal, the actress further alleged that after she had discovered it, she called the portal’s customer care seeking assistance but was denied any help from them.

The tweet soon went viral on social media with many sympathising with the actress, while others pointed out Amazon’s poor customer service. The e-commerce company also responded to the tweet apologizing to Sonakshi for her poor “ordering experience” and the “subsequent correspondence.”

Some were also amused by such an experience by a celebrity and taking a jibe at Amazon they pointed out how the e-commerce company was being impartial towards everybody. No partiality with celebrity. Good job @amazonIN,” said one tweet. Late’s take a look at some other reactions:
