The Vampire Diaries actor took to his social media handle to share the news among his fans. They are on cloud nine as this is their first child together. They named their baby daughter Ripley Nightingale Davis.

Sharing the news on Twitter, elated Matthew wrote, “Ripley Nightingale Davis. Born March 31st 9:51pm. 7lbs, Blond hair Blue eyes Moms beautiful face.” He also thanked everyone for all their love and support.

It was in September last year, Davis first shared the news that they were expecting their first child. He posted a photo of a baby shirt reading, “And then there were five” (referencing the pair, their two dogs, and their soon-to-be bundle of joy), and another one reading, “Sh*t just got real.” His wife shared a sonogram and captioned it, “Arriving 2020!!!”
A few days back, Kiley shared pictures from her baby shower and captioned them, “Some photos from our baby shower last weekend. ✨ thank you x a million to the small army that helped pull this all together and to our friends and family that helped us celebrate our little love. see you soon sweet baby”.
We wish the couple gives us the glimpses of their little angel soon.
