Varun Dhawan Watches Dilip Kumar’s ‘Ram Aur Shyam’ & ‘Mashaal’, Ishaan asks to watch ‘Ganga Jamuna’

The Kalank star decided to spend a night in and relish two of Indian cinema’s most revered films starring Dilip Kumar Ram Aur Shyam and Mashaal. Varun Dhawan took to Instagram and informed his fans that after a long time he watched Dilip Kumar’s films last night. Varun watched two of his classic movies – Ram Aur Shyam and Mashaal. Post watching the films, the actor took to Instagram to praise the legendary star.
Appreciating Dilip Kumar, Varun wrote on Instagram, “It had been a long time since I had seen a #dilipkumar film. Last night I rewatched #ramaurshyam and #mashal and got reintroduced to the legend #dilipkumar. He is the best we have the most brilliant living actor. Watching his #aebhai scene where his wife is dying will give u goosebumps even today.#artliveson #lovecinema.” Ishaan, on the other hand, came up with another suggestion for Varun and asked him to see ‘Ganga Jamuna’ next which is also a film starring Dilip Kumar.
Reacting to the post his dear friends from the fraternity Vicky Kausal and Ishaan Khatter also expressed their views. “The exact reaction I had when I saw Ram Aur Shyam. Legend! “, Vicky wrote. Ishaan shared, “Now next Ganga Jamuna ?”
On the work front, Varun has recently wrapped up the shoot of Street Dancer 3D, co-starring Nora Fatehi and Shraddha Kapoor. The actor will next star in the modern adaptation of ‘Coolie No. 1’ which will be directed by his dad David Dhawan.
