Indian 2: 3 Killed, 9 Injured on the sets of Kamal Haasan starrer
Due to the crane mishap, three people died and nine are injured on the set of Kamal Haasan's upcoming film, 'Indian 2' in Chennai.
There have been reports that a crane accident took place on the set of Kamal Haasan’s upcoming film, ‘Indian 2’ in Chennai which led to 2 men losing their lives and also 9 injured on Wednesday i.e. 20 February 2020.

According to the report on NDTV, a police officer informed them and said, “The men were inside the box-like structure on top of the crane when it crashed. It appears they were working on lighting for the shoot. The incident happened at 9:30 pm on Wednesday.”
The shoot was undertaken at a private cinema studio, they added.
Actor Kamal Haasan took to his Twitter to share the loss of his three colleagues and tweeted his condolences in Tamil and wrote, “Today’s accident is the most horrific I have seen in my film career. I have lost three colleagues but my pain pales in comparison to the grief of those who have lost their loved ones. My deepest sympathies to them.”
He further added, “I have met those in the hospital and have also spoken to the doctors and with my strong hope that the injured will recover soon I await the dawn of tomorrow.”
