As Per The Latest Reports, Akshay Kumar Starrer 'Laxmmi Bomb' Sold Out Digitally For A Whopping Price
More and more filmmakers and producers are coming forward to release their projects on streaming giants such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hot Stars and other OTT platforms in the coronavirus lockdown. While the pandemic lockdown has been extended in several states of India, filmmakers are considering to premiere their films online now. Akshay Kumar’s much-anticipated film, ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ is apparently in the row to release directly on OTT platform.
As per the latest report in Pinkvilla, a source close to the development has informed the website, “It’s true that the film will now be premiering on Hot Star. Although there was a bit of disagreement initially, everyone is on the same page now. The movie will indeed be releasing online.”
“The team needs a month to prepare the project. A bit of post-production work remains and they are waiting for the lockdown to get over. The producers have taken a joint decision on calling the most minimum number of people to get their film ready. So the film won’t hit the OTT platforms at least till a month after the lockdown is lifted. So the release date isn’t decided yet,” the source informs further.
