Is Alia Bhatt quitting SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’?
As per a media report, SS Rajamouli is worried that Alia Bhatt may quit due to the halt of his film amidst of the Coronavirus outbreak.
SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘RRR‘ featuring Ram Charan and NTR is one of the most awaited films of the year. Now, the recent media reports state that Alia Bhatt may quit the Telugu-language period action film due to date issues.

The report further states that the makers are done with almost 90% of the movie’s shoot and they are yet to shoot the part of Alia Bhatt who will be seen paired with south Indian superstar Ram Charan. The actress was supposed to shoot for the film in Pune this month i.e. March but the shoot has been delayed due to the global Coronavirus pandemic outbreak.
The report also stated that SS Rajamouli is in contact with Alia Bhatt’s manager and is trying to get her dates when the shooting begins again. The actress has her hands full of the projects like Sanjay Dutt-starrer ‘Sadak 2’, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Brahmāstra.’
Due to which, SS Rajamouli is concerned that the artist may just leave the film indicating her hectic agenda at the very last minute. The news further reported that to bypass this, he wants to wind up Alia’s shoot for the movie as soon as possible.
For the unversed, with RRR, Alia Bhatt will be making her South Indian film debut. Directed by Baahubali director S.S Rajamouli, RRR is produced by D.V.V Danayya on DVV Entertainment banner and will release in 10 languages. RRR stars a stellar ensemble cast of Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn. The movie also stars international actors like Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris.
RRR is based on the lives of freedom fighters and also marks as the first movie by S.S Rajamouli to be inspired by true events. It will be released on the 8th of January 2021.
Well, the official announcements of Alia Bhatt’s quitting are yet to be made by the makers of the actor itself.
