Aryan Khan Case: KP Gosavi’s Aide Prabhakar Sail Alleges Payoffs; NCB Denies

In a major twist in the Aryan Khan drug case, KP Gosavi’s aide Prabhakar Sail alleges payoffs. He has also alleged that he was made to sign a blank panchnama by the NCB in the Mumbai Drug case. Sail further added that he feels a threat to life from Sameer Wankhede after KP Gosavi went ‘suspiciously missing’.

For the unversed Gosavi is the same private investigator whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral. He is an alleged private investigator of NCB and is absconding in a cheating case filed with Pune Police.

Speaking to India Today TV,  Sail said he used to work as Gosavi’s bodyguard. In a notarized affidavit, he said he accompanied Gosavi on the night of the raid. He further added that was made to sign blank papers as panchnama. Sail also said he wasn’t aware of the seizure.

In the affidavit, he has also mentioned a person named Sam and Gosavi meeting near the NCB office. They were talking on a call about a money pay-off. As per Sail’s claims, Gosavi and Sam caught up near Lower Parel’s Big Bazaar. He overheard Gosavi’s call where he was allegedly talking about money pay off to the extent of Rs 25 crore. Also, a final settlement of Rs 18 crore because allegedly Rs 8 crores were promised to Sameer Wankhede.

Top NCB official Sameer Wankhede, however, rejected Prabhakar’s claim and said he would give “a fitting reply”.
