Avengers: Endgame breaks 5 records at the Indian box office

Avengers: Endgame is not only doing terrific business worldwide but it has taken the Indian box office by storm. The movie minted Rs 100 crore in just two days beating Baahubali 2 that collected the same amount on day 3. The superhero movie has entered the 200 crore club by minting Rs 244 (nett) in just six days of its release. Its gross collection is Rs 290 crore.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to write that it is now the ‘highest grossing Hollywood film in India’. Here’s his tweet below.

Avengers: Endgame broke 5 box office records in India

1. The superhero movie is the highest Hollywood opener in India.
2. It has broken the records of weekend collection of all Hindi movies.
3. It is the highest grosser Hollywood movie in India.
4. It broke the records of Baahubali 2 by collecting more than Rs 100 crore in just two days.
5. It broke the records of Uri: The Surgical Strike’s lifetime collection by being the top grosser in the Indian box office.
