Avengers: Endgame breaks 7 days box office records of these 5 Bollywood film

Marvel cinema’s most awaited release ‘Avengers: Endgame‘ has hit the screens and is on a record-breaking spree since then. The fantasy drama is garnering much love from fans and collecting a whopping amount at the box-office. The film has managed to garner more than Rs 260.40 crore in its first week.

The movie has made a record in India even though it was not a festive release. It has broken the record of ‘Baahubali 2’ that stood at Rs 260.40 in its first week. Not only Baahubali the Marvel film has managed to surpass most of the Hindi cinema biggies at the Box Office in terms of their week one collection.

Here is the complete list of the movies whose 7-day collection has been surpassed by ‘Avengers: Endgame’:

1. Baahubali 2:

SS Rajamouli’s fantasy magnum opus featuring Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Dagubatti managed to collect almost Rs. 247 cr in the first seven days of its release at the box-office but looks like the superheroes have pushed Prabhas starrer to the second position.

2. Sultan:

Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer went on to be a blockbuster and broke many records at the box-office. It managed to collect Rs 229.16  but looks like the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial has been pushed to the third place by ‘Avengers: Endgame’.

3.Tiger Zinda Hai:

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif came together after a long hiatus with the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial and soon rocked the box-office. The movie went on to collect Rs. 206.04 crores within a short time span of seven days. But the Marvel film has pushed it to the fourth place.

4.  Sanju:

Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Sanju’ that is based on the life of actor Sanjay Dutt won him accolades. The movie went on to mint a whopping amount of Rs. 202.51 crores within seven days. At present, the biopic stands at fifth position.

 5. Dangal:

Aamir Khan’s biopic on a famous wrestler and his daughters won heaps of appreciation not only in India but abroad too. The movie went on to mint Rs. 197.54 at the box office to the delight of the makers within 7 days of its release. But thanks to ‘Avengers Endgame’ the movie now stands at sixth position.
