The COVID-19 pandemic lockdown has hit the entire nation with financial as well as other crises. While few celebrities revealed about suffering from financial crises, the ‘Dream Girl’ actor, Solanki Diwakar was spotted selling fruits in the lockdown. Ayushmann Khurrana’s co-star is apparently dealing with financial crises and thus he is selling fruits to meet his ends.
The 35-year-old actor has been a part of the industry for a while now and he appeared in big films such as ‘Hawa’, ‘Halka’, ‘Kadwi Hawa’, ‘Titli’, ‘Sonchiriya’ and few among others. Being jobless for the last two months, he started earning from his fruit selling business. He is the father of two and he is selling fruits to support his family financially. “With the lockdown being extended I have to take care of my needs. I have to pay my rent and also need money to meet the expenses of my family. So I have turned back to selling fruits,” the actor informed new agency, ANI.
As per the reports, the actor was supposed to be featured in later actor, Rishi Kapoor’s next film. As the veteran actor passed away in the month of April, the makers are not considering shooting for the film.
Following the pandemic lockdown, the entire nation has been imposed to lockdown in order to stop the spreading of the virus. Including the business sector, the Bollywood industry for a very long time ahs been completely shut. As a result, many small and big celebs are left with jobs and they are dealing with financial problems. It is estimated that as many as people 6 crore people between the ages groups of 20 and 40 have lost their jobs in the month of April 2020(when the lockdown was announced). And thus, netizens are now trying to find new streams of income in order to meet their ends.
