Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala teaser: Divyanka-Rajeev cook up a sweet and spicy love story

Actors Rajeev Khandelwal and Divyanka Tripathi are coming together for the first time in a web series, ‘Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala’. The teaser of the show is out, which has Rajeev and Divyanka as chefs who fall in love only to split on a sour note.

Rajeev and Divyanka are playing the characters of chefs Vikram and Nitya who first connect and fall in love as management students. However, something happens between the two that drives a wedge between them.

In the teaser, the makers reveal the past and present of the two leads. Nitya and Vikram seem to be in love in the past, and then owing to a misunderstanding, they part ways. Years later, the two come together again and that stirs up buried emotions.

Directed by Pradeep Sarkar, Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala revolves around the pair’s relationship and conflicts set in the world of gourmet cooking. Written by Jaya Misra, the show will also have Priyanshu Chatterjee and Barkha Bisht in guest roles.

Rajeev shared with Indian Express, “This one is an exciting love story. The beauty is in the way it is conceived and written. We have a great team on board and everyone is equally excited and charged about it. Working with Ekta has always been special for me. This is my third outing with her and I hope I keep giving her enough reasons to continue working with me, just like she does.

Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala has been produced by AltBalaji, the digital streaming platform of Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms. The web show will go on floors from December.
