Not Jacqueline Fernandez, Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle to play lead role in Kwatha
Katrina Kaif's sister Isabelle Kaif is all set to make her debut in Bollywood and in her first film she will be starring alongside Aayush Sharma.
Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif is all set to make her debut in Bollywood alongside Aayush Sharma, who made his made Bollywood debut with Loveyatri last year. The title of Aayush Sharma and Isabelle Kaif will be Kwatha, reported Pinkvilla.
Earlier there were rumours that Jacqueline Fernandez will be seen playing the female lead in Kwatha. But, it’s actually Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif, who will play the lead role in the film.
Kwatha is a Bollywood romance-drama helmed by Karan Lalit Butani. The movie stars Loveyatri fame Aayush Sharma in the male lead role, he will enact the role of an army officer in the movie. This film is inspired by true events involving the Indian army.
Salman Khan took to his Twitter page to make the announcement and wrote, “#IsabelleKaif and @aaysharma to star in a film inspired by true events involving the Indian army in #Kwatha @karanlbutani.”

In an interview with India Today, when Katrina was asked what advice she has for her sister before she enters the industry, the actress said, “I always tell my sister that whether you are a director or an actor, you have to have nerves of steel to be in the film industry. It’s not easy. Make sure that you do what you want. Don’t look at anyone else as an example or follow their path. You should try to hear your own voice.”
The Aayush Sharma-Isabelle starrer is most likely to hit the shooting floors around September this year and is scheduled to release in 2020.
