KGF Chapter 2 Makers Planning A Surprise On Sanjay Dutt’s Birthday?

KGF Chapter 2 has been much-awaited by the fans ever since KGF Chapter 1 came out in 2018. Fans are hyped to see Yash revisit the role of ‘Rocky’ in the sequel. The Prashanth Neel directed film also has Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon in pivotal roles.

The filmmakers raised the hype surrounding the film when they released the first look of Sanjay Dutt as Adheera last year. The Munna Bhai star will be taking on the role of the antagonist in the movie. His face-off against Yash in the film’s climax has also been creating headlines. As per reports, the makers of the film may be gearing up to release a new poster or teaser from the film for Sanjay Dutt’s birthday.

The reports suggest that the makers of KGF 2 have a big surprise in store for fans on July 29th which is Sanjay Dutt’s birthday. An official announcement regarding the same is expected soon. The shooting for KGF 2 is expected to resume soon. It was earlier postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak and its resulting lockdown. It is expected that the shooting will wrap up within 20-25 days.

Meanwhile, Yash earlier ramped up the excitement for the sequel when he stated that the second installment of the franchise will be bigger and better. The star also stated that the film was meant for the big screen and will not be releasing on an OTT platform. The film will be produced by Vijay Kiragandur under his banner Hombale Films.

KGF Chapter 2 is currently scheduled to be released on October 23, 2020.
