Mirzapur 2 to The Family Men 2 new teasers out: Amazon Prime unveils 2020 binge-watch calendar

Instead of dropping a release date of Mirzapur season 2, Amazon has dropped a new video featuring 14 Amazon Prime Videos’ upcoming web series releasing in 2020. Amazon has once again confirmed that Mirzapur 2 will surely be releasing in 2020 but the date is yet to be finalized.

In a new video uploaded on January 19, 2020, Amazon Prime Video revealed that they will release nine brand new web series and Five new seasons including Mirzapur 2, Inside Edge, Breath and others. Amazon Prime India will be releasing five new series namely The Forgotten Army, Bandish Bandits, Mumbai Diaries – 26/11, Dilli and Pataal Lok this year.

Notably, the announcement of 14 Amazon Prime Original came days after Amazon Prime India  completed three years. Celebrating the occasion, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos was in Mumbai, where a preview of their exciting upcoming line-up was screened.

The year 2020 will begin with director Kabir Khan’s The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye, starring Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari Wagh. The Forgotten Army is likely to be released on January 26, 2020.

In Mirzapur 2, Golu (played by Shweta Tripathi) can be seen pointing a gun while Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) is seen on crutches. Mirzapur season 2 is the much awaited web series to be released by Amaon Prime India this year.

In 2020, the popular web series which will have their second and third seasons includes Mirzapur, Breathe, The Family Man, Four More Shots Please and Inside Edge.

Filmmakers associated with this impressive line-up include Kabir Khan, Ali Abbas Zafar, Nikkhil Advani, Raj & DK, Farhan Akhtar & Ritesh Sidhwani, Reema Kagti, Rangita and Ishita Nandy, Mayank Sharma, Amritpal Singh Bindra, Amit Kumar and Himanshu Mehra.
