‘PM Narendra Modi’ film gets a release date post elections
The film shall release after the declaration of the General Elections 2019 results
The film ‘PM Narendra Modi’ has finally got a release date that is hopefully the final one. The makers were previously stopped from releasing the film owing to the upcoming elections.
According to the norms set by the election commission, the film couldn’t be released before the elections got over. The final date of release is being cited as 24th May 2019.
Due to the impromptu stay order on the film, the makers have undergone major losses. The producer Sandeep Ssingh says, “As a responsible citizen we respect the law of the country. After a lot of discussions and keeping the curiosity and excitement about the film in mind we have decided to release the film immediately after the Lok Sabha Election results. We are now releasing our film on 24th May 2019. This is the first time a film will be promoted for only four days. I hope now nobody has any problem with the film and we are hoping for the smooth release this time.”
Even the director Omung Kumar took to Instagram to share the date of release of the film.
Actor Vivek Oberoi is to be seen as the lead character of Prime Minister Modi himself. There are other actors in the film like Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Prashant Narayanan, Zarina Wahab, Barkha Sengupta, Anjan Shrivastav, Yatin Karyekar, Ramakant Dayma, Akshat R Saluja, Jimesh Patel and Darshan Kumaar who will be seen in other significant roles.
The film ‘PM Narendra Modi’ is being directed by Omung Kumar while produced by Sandip Ssingh, Suresh Oberoi and Anand Pandit. It is being released in Tamil and Telugu as well. The film shall hit the silver screens on the 24th of May, 2019.
