Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur have been making headlines for their upcoming film, the titled is yet to be unleashed officially. This Hanu Raghavapudi’s film is said to be a romantic period drama, which went on floor a few months ago. Ever since the makers unleashed the first look pictures featuring Dulquer and Mrunal, fans have been eagerly waiting for the film. According to the latest reports, Rashmika Mandanna is the latest one to join the main star cast.

As per a latest report by Pinkvilla, Dear Comrade fame Rashmika Mandanna recently joined the cast of this film, which is bankrolled by Swapna Cinema and Vyjayanthi Movies. A source close to the development informs the portal, “Rashmika’s role is very critical for the film, and the makers were extremely happy when she agreed to be a part of the project. It’s an extended cameo. Meanwhile, the makers have planned an international schedule and are eying Russia as the shooting location, however the dates and the logistics are yet to be finalised.”

Reportedly, the film’s crew had earlier approached Rashmika for the same role. However, due to her packed schedules apparently the deal didn’t materialised. Rashmika nor the makers officially revealed anything about the complete cast for Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur starrer. If these reports are true then the trio would share  the screen space for the first time.

For the unversed, Rashmika has been busy prepping for the release of Mission Majnu. With this Sidharth Malhotra starrer she will make her Bollywood debut. She is also a part of Vikas Bahl’s Goodbye that also features Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta in the pivotal roles.
