After Karan Johar, Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, and several other Bollywood celebrities, Shahid Kapoor has just unveiled his wax statue at Madame Tussauds in Singapore. Shahid Kapoor, who has recently launched the trailer of his upcoming film Kabir Singh, was spotted along with his beautiful wife Mira Rajput eight-month-old son Zain and daughter Misha yesterday on Airport leaving for Singapore to launch his wax statue.

The entire launch event of Shahid Kapoor’s wax statue at Madame Tussauds, Singapore was live streamed on Padmaavat actor’s Instagram story. In the video, Shahid Kapoor can be seen unveiling his statue. At the event, Shahid dapper in a black and white striped metallic pantsuit with a sequin black shirt, while Mira looked stunning in a back halter neck dress which she teamed up with a pair of beautiful drop diamond earrings.

Shahid Kapoor is currently busy promoting Kabir Singh, which is an official adaptation blockbuster Telugu film, Arjun Reddy, the film is about a brilliant but alcoholic medical student, who falls in love with a fellow student. After their romance turns sour and she is married off to another person by her family, Kabir (Arjun) plunges into an abyss of drugs and alcohol.

The trailer of the film inspired hilarious memes on social media. People took to Twitter and picked a line ‘nahi aunga matlab nahi aunga, bola na nahi aunga’ from the trailer to make fun at some topic ranging from Lok Sabha elections 2019, Indian education system to human psychology.

In the film, Shahid Kapoor will be seen romancing Kiara Advani onscreen in Sandeep Vanga’s Kabir Singh, which is scheduled to release on June 21 this year.
