When Twinkle Khanna Arrived At Akshay Kumar’s Film Set To Slap Priyanka Chopra

If you are a diehard fan of Bollywood and Bollywood gossips, then you will know about the reports of Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra’s affair. Akshay and Priyanka’s steamy romance in Aitraaz was a superhit in the movie but their off-screen romance was also the talk of the town. It grabbed the headlines and most of the publications stared writing about Akshay and Priyanka’s love affair.

Akshay’s wife, Twinkle Khanna didn’t pay heed to all the reports initially, but later when Akshay’s closeness to Priyanka crossed the limits, Twinkle lost her control. As per reports, Twinkle contacted Priyanka Chopra and they had a big fight over the phone. Twinkle lost her temper and immediately reached the set of the film Waqt: The Race Against Time (Priyanka and Akshay were working together in the film). Twinkle was so angry that she would have even slapped Priyanka but she wasn’t present on the set.

Akshay and Twinkle had a big fight on the set in front of the entire crew. Akshay later convinced his wife and took her home. The next day, Akshay released a media statement stating that he would never work with Priyanka. PeeCee too decided to not work with Akshay. Waqt: The Race Against Time was their last movie together.

After 12 years, Akshay spoke about his fallout with Priyanka on Aap Ki Adalat. When asked about not working with Priyanka, he said,  “There is nothing like that. I have worked on five films with Priyanka. It’s not like I don’t want to work with her. Except for Rani Mukerji, I have worked with every heroine. If there is an opportunity, I will surely work with Priyanka Chopra.”

Priyanka starred opposite Akshay in Andaaz that was released in 2013. They were one of the hit jodis of the town. Both gave hit films like Aitraaz and Mujse Shaadi Karoge.
