Yeon Woo Jin to romance Crash Landing On You fame Son Ye-jin in his next

After appearing in Crash Landing On You alongside Hyun Bin, Son Ye-jin won million hearts with her performance. According to the latest reports, she will be seen sharing the screen space with Yeon Woo Jin in her next, which is in literal sense titled Thirty-nine. This one is apparently a 12-episode based romantic drama.

As reported by the Korean media outlets, Yeon Woo Jin is currently deciding on doing this project and apparently, he is in the midst of specific contractual discussions with the production house. In response to the reports, Yeon Woo Jin’s agency Jump Entertainment said, “It is a project he is positively considering.” On the other side, Lee Moo Saeng’s agency Alien Company also shared that, “It is true he received an offer to star in ’39,’ and he is reviewing it as of now.”

While it has not been officially revealed as yet, Thirty-nine is apparently set in the backdrop of the life of two friends fast approaching their fortieth birthday. The pair would navigate the dating and marriage problems of middle-aged people. Son Ye-jin will be seen as a dermatologist, who is grown up in a pampered environment and has a unique sense of humor. Although not much is known about Yeon Woo Jin’s role, he will be Son Ye-jin’s love interest. The actors are yet to officially comment on doing the drama.
