In Kundali Bhagya Jan 14, 2020 written update: Karan follows Preeta to the storage room and also thanks her gratefully for being nice to her family even when they were rude and mean to her. He tries his best to get close to Preeta but then she says she is here for Daadi and not for him at all.

In the meantime, when Preeta goes out of the room, Karan follows her there as well and steps on her dupatta. Unknowingly, he tears her dupatta again just like the old days. but at that time Mahira sees Karan as well as Preeta coming close to each other and then badly gets upset.
