Actress and TMC MP Nusrat Jahan Ties The Knot With Nikhil Jain
Newly elected MP Nusrat Jahan married businessman Nikhil Jain in a quiet ceremony in Turkey on Wednesday.
Popular Bengali actress and newly-elected Member of Parliament Nusrat Jahan tied the knot with businessman Nikhil Jain. The couple got married in the presence of close friends and family members at Six Senses Kaplankaya. It is a beachfront resort near the town of Bodrum in Turkey.

Nusrat was joined by her parents and sister and other close relatives who flew down with her to Bodrum on June 16. The actress looked gorgeous in a lehenga designed by fashion guru Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The groom Nikhil also wore a dress from Sabyasachi’s stable.

While Nusrat looked gorgeous in a heavily embellished red bridal lehenga, Nikhil complemented her perfectly in an off-white sherwani.
Nikhil owns a textile business in Kolkata. Nusrat met Nikhil when she was roped in as the face of his brand. The duo soon fell head over heels in love with each other.
The wedding was also attended by actress Mimi Chakraborty, a close friend of Nusrat and also a newly-elected MP of the Trinamool Congress. Nusrat and Mimi missed taking their oath in Lok Sabha because of the wedding.
The newlyweds will be hosting a grand reception in Kolkata on July 4. It will be attended by a large number of Bengali film personalities and political leaders.
