Suriya shares motion poster of ‘Soorarai Pottru’, Netizens Love It

The trailer of Suriya starrer Soorarai Pottru was much loved by fans ever since it was unveiled by the makers. The trailer shows Suriya essaying the role of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath. The man who dreamt of making flying accessible to all. Following the trailer, the makers of Soorarai Pottru have released a motion poster of the film.

Suriya shared the motion poster of the film and wrote, “Thank you all for the love! #SooraraiPottruTrailer #SooraraiPottruOnPrime Nov 12 (sic).”

The new motion poster is winning the internet.

Soorarai Pottru is directed by Sudha Kongara. It was supposed to hit the screens in April. However, due to the lockdown imposed by the government, the film could not see the light of the day. Later, Suriya surprised his fans by revealing that the film will have a release on Amazon Prime Video on October 30. But the film was delayed once again. This was due to a delay in obtaining a NOC’s (No Objection Certificate) from Indian Air Force (IAF).

The film is jointly produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment. It also features Paresh Rawal, Jackie Shroff and Mohan Babu in Important roles. Made on a budget of Rs 15 crore. The film will also have a simultaneous Telugu release titled “Aakaasam Nee Haddhu Ra”. Soorarai Pottru will hit the theatres on November 12, 2020.
