When India’s No.1 Singing Sensation Arijit Singh Eliminated From A Reality TV Show

Arijit Singh is surely one of the most popular playback singers right now but do you know that Pachtaoge singer was once eliminated from a reality TV show Fame Gurukul where a visibly heartbroken Arijit cannot cope up with the fact that his journey had come to an end. Post his elimination from Fame Gurukul, Arijit did not give up and participated in another reality TV show, 10 Ke 10 Le Gaye, which a faceoff between contestants of Fame Gurukul and Indian Idol. And that time, he won the title and proved that he is the undisputed king of the music industry.

Later, he debuted in Bollywood playback singing and started composing songs for Hindi movies. The singer rose to fame with ‘Tum hi ho’ from Aashiqui 2. There has been no looking back for the Arjiti Singh since. And now he is said to be the most versatile and successful singers in the history of Indian music and Hindi cinema.

Arijit Singh’s story has all the making of a Bollywood potboiler or a TV series. He is quite shy and hardly makes any public appearance. When Arijit was quizzed by Kapil Sharma that will he also make Hindi film debut like Himesh Reshammiya and Sonu Nigam, Arijit categorically denied any such plans.

Arijit Singh’s story from eliminating a reality TV to emerging one of the best playback Hindi singers in Indian history does make for an interesting story.
