This American TV singing competition series is an adaptation of the Korean singing competition The King of Mask Singer. They may have kept the basic concept same but there are various differences between the two shows. BTS ARMY is currently wondering whether their favourite singer JIMIN will grace The Masker Singer soon or not. “If I could invite a Korean celebrity for ‘The Masked Singer,’ it would have to be Jimin from BTS. I wish I could say that in Korean,” Scherzinger said.
It would really be interesting to see JIMIN on The Masked Singer and that could happen as BTS members have a long history of the franchise Masked Singer.
Ahead of The Masked Singer’s series premiere last year, BTS also promoted the show with various clips. In one of the videos, RM even said the group would love to appear on the show in the future. “It’s really fun to guess who’s under the mask, so please stay tuned for The Masked Singer and we want to be there someday, too.”
